La Tovara: A few minutes of San Blas is Matachen, where local fishermen offer their pangas (little boats) to visit Tovara and Camalota The lagoon, both are located about an hour and a half. Once on board, you will discover a road framed by plants such as giant ferns, lilies, and mangroves. The tour is around the estuary aboard the panga, the guide will provide you information on the Tovara ecosystem.
The Fort: Know historical sites where battles were fought to protect the port of San Blas. Here you will find remains of cannons and the Temple of the Virgin of the Rosary. Also you can enjoy a beautiful view of the harbor.
